Ananditaa Singh is an Indian actress and model. She hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. From appearing in fashion magazines to the glittering world of Bollywood, Ananditaa Singh carved a path through the entertainment industry, with a career spanning various roles and experiences. She embarked on her journey at a very young age. Simultaneously, she was pursuing her education while contributing as a writer for an eminent fashion magazine, Femina in India. This early exposure to the world of creativity and style aroused her passion for storytelling and paved the way for an extraordinary career.

Ananditaa Singh then transitioned into the dynamic realm of public relations promptly rising to the position of Manager at the Clea PR firm in Mumbai. This made her way to collaborate with a renowned production house. Eventually, she rose as a Publicist and Celebrity Manager, working closely with some of the industry’s most talented & celebrated actors. However, when she realized herself immersed in the world of theatre, her journey took an unexpected turn. Her experience working with India’s theatre veterans breathed new life into Ananditaa Singh’s artistic aspirations, which also gave a significant boost to her confidence.

The impact of theatre on Ananditaa Singh's career is unmistakable and leads to various opportunities. She gave acclaimed performances in productions such as “Medha and Zoombish” (Prithvi Theatre 2019), “For, In Your Tongue, I cannot Fit: 100 Jailed Poets” (Yarat- Baku, Edinburgh Arts Festival, and Kochi- Muziris Biennale 2017 – 2018), and “Neend Kyon Raat Bhar Nahi Aati” (2019), among others. In addition to theatre, she made a significant mark in the digital realm with appearances in famous web series such as Bekaboo (ALTBalaji web series), Inside Edge Story soon >> Read More... (2017), Killers (2014), Untag, and many more. Ananditaa Singh’s versatility shines in ad campaigns and commercials for leading brands like Garnier, Dyna Soap, Amazon Fashion, Zee, KFC, Indian Premier League, and many more. Her international projects include the Mexican film “The Grim Reaper,” directed by Arturo Alanis in 2020. She also appeared in fashion gigs in Europe. 

Ananditaa Singh is then gradually emerging not only as a multifaceted artist but also as a producer in India & New Zealand. Her passion for Indian languages like Sanskrit, has led Ananditaa Singh to an exciting new endeavour as a producer. She is presently spearheading a groundbreaking project with New Zealand's largest South Asian Theatre and cultural group, Prayas in Auckland. There they are bringing to life a two thousand-year-old Sanskrit play for the first time in a region where Shakespeare is known, but the Shudraka’s works remain undiscovered. The group is making history by introducing this rich & ancient Indian literary tradition to a new audience.
