Santosh Kaushik has been an established writer and actor in the film industry for over twenty years. In 2000, he acted in the devotional movie Sant Gyaneshwar. Then, in 2001, Santosh Kaushik came into the TV series Dial 100, for which he performed for only one episode; in that episode, he portrayed the role of Dr Suresh Yadav. In 2006, he acted in the movie Omkara, in which he described the role of Indore Singh. He did many other films like Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante (character role- Publisher), Super 30 (character role- Raghuram), and Awasaan (character role- father). Besides acting in supporting roles, he is also a writer and wrote the film Var To NRI J in 2016.
