Robin Tamang is an Actor, Musician, and Nepalese Singer born in 1963 in Bukit Timah, Singapore. His father was in the British Army and used to get posted in different locations, so Robin spent most of his childhood in Singapore, Nepal, and Brunei. Robin Tamang started his own band Rock band Robin and the New Revolution. He acted in many Nepalese films. Robin began his career with the inspiration of

and Deep Purple. He completed his Studies at Humber College in Toronto. Robin returned to Nepal to his father's place to live in Pokhara. He also formed his Second band, Tamang performed in many locations.
He became well-known as Dev Tantric by playing the character of Yama Nadu, a villain role of Tantric in One of the Hindi series named The Last Hour Trend on Amazon Prime, filmed in the cities of Sikkim and Mumbai. This series became popular with ratings high as 8 out of 10 on IMDB. Robin also acted in some well-known Nepalese films, Chhadke released in 2013, Teen Jantu in 2021, and Chhadke 2.0 in 2023.
