Ebne Hasan Khan is a renowned producer and businessman based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is married to Naznin Hasan Khan and has two children – Tasnin and Fabian Hasan Khan. He belongs to a well-known aristocratic Bengali family in Bangladesh. Since childhood, he was eager to work in the film industry. He began his journey in 1999 when he started working as a marketing executive for Impress Telefilm Limited. The company is one of the leading media production houses in Bangladesh, founded by Faridur Reza Sagar.

The company has produced various films, drama serials, music videos, magazine programs, musical programs, documentaries as well as TV commercials. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the country’s leading advertising firms and agencies like Havas Group Bangladesh, Havas Positive Bangladesh, Havas Digital Media Bangladesh, Havas Export & Import Dhaka, and the Managing Director of Beyond Media Limited Dhaka.

With his hard work and dedication, Ebne Hasan became the Director (Sales and Marketing) of Impress Telefilm and Channel. Under his leadership, hundreds of Bengali films have been made and produced by the company. Even in times of crisis when film investors were worried about investing in movies due to increasing losses, Ebne Hassan and Impress Telefilm supported and produced hundreds of movies.

Ebne Hasan Khan worked as a producer and executive producer in some of the major blockbuster movies of Bangladesh such as ‘Mrittika Maya’ (2013), ‘71 Er Ma Jononi’ (2014), ‘The Unnamed’ (2016), ‘ Alpha Click to look into! >> Read More... ’ (2019), etc. Some of these movies such as ‘Kittonkhola,’ ‘Gohine Shobdo,’ and ‘Mrittika Maya,’ were widely acclaimed by the audience and received various awards including the country’s highest honor National Film Award. Moreover, under the banner of Impress Telefilm, Bangladesh has submitted 9 different films for the Oscar Foreign Language Film Competition.

Ebne Hasan Khan’s contribution to the Bengali film industry is remarkable and every film produced by him is a commercial success. For his outstanding work, he has received several Awards, including, the Cultural Reporters Award, Bangladesh Film Festival 2004, Film Award 2005, Avanca’15 Best Film Award, and Bangladesh Film Festival 2017.
