Anirban Sadhu is a Bengali Director of Photography and has been engaged in film-making for more than 20 years. He has pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Calcutta University in Kolkata and his Master’s from Jadavpur University in Film, Cinema, and Video studies. He also has two diplomas, one in Fine Arts from Prachin Kala Kendra Chandigarh and another from WBSCTE in Cinematography and Film and Video Production. He started an association with A/V productions in Channel Eight Productions where he worked for Indigo Productions from 2002-2004. Around 2007 he started his lectureship in University of North Bengal in the department of Mass communications and Video Productions for Post graduates.

He also worked as a visiting lecturer in Brainware University till 2013, in Tirthankar Mahaveer University from 2018-19, in ITM University, Gwalior in 2020, and in Amity University in 2022. At the same time, he served Tara TV Network as the Senior Cameraperson for about ten years in Kolkata, West Bengal, and in Double Tick Media, New Delhi. Later in 2014, he worked as a camera person for Rajya Sabha TV. He has also worked as a cinematographer in many organizations which include TEG Mediatech Pvt Ltd., FESWA Pvt Ltd., and Bindubat Communication. He has worked as a Director of Photography at Planetcast. His skills have developed over time through several experiences that have increased his professional demand.
