Plot

Professor Broom raises Hellboy, his adoptive son. Hellboy works in the organization, Bureau for Paranormal Research. This organization is created to protect the humans from the threats of the other planet living beings. Meanwhile, Blood Queen takes a revenge to destroy the humans, who tried to kill her. Hellboy had to show his supernatural powers against Blood Queen, who tries to destroy the people.

Star Performance

David Harbour has done his part perfectly. Milla Jovovich tries a lot to fit in the character. But, she couldn’t. The same goes with Ian McShane, who tries to prove his acting ability.

Analysis

When the movie was announced, it created a huge expectation. But the screenplay is not much impressive. In the middle of every subplot, the action sequence is forcedly inserted and it makes the audience lose their movie watching interest. Too much of violence makes the audiences to wait for the climax. The BGM is good and the VFX works need appreciation.
