Born on August 13, 1954, in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, B.V.S.N Prasad is a producer and distributor in the Telugu cinema industry. He is the owner of Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra, a film production company. Prasad started out his career partnering with Pasupuleti Rama Rao, a film journalist as a film distributor and worked his way into cinema production with the movie Driver Babu in the year 1986.
