The show started in 2019 and airs for 22 minutes each week. In each episode, different chefs come on the show to share innovative recipes to cook. These recipes are made using organic food, vegetables, and other things that are healthy for your body and mind. In the show, they tell the viewers how to make these things and they tell the amount of calorie or fat one ingredient poses.
They tell how much fat or calorie a human should consume throughout a day and then tell how many calories one should burn. The show is specially designed for women and aged people. In the show, sometimes they focus on telling the things a pregnant woman should eat. They tell what a pregnant woman should avoid and what she should consume so that her baby remains healthy. Sometimes they tell what food a senior citizen should consume so that they can stay healthy. If you are a fitness freak and measure what you eat, this is the show for you.
