etc. in other important roles. The film was initially scheduled to release on 8 December 2023. However, several post production delays forced the film to be postponed multiple times, including the recent decision.
However, Vishwak Sen is not as miffed as he was before. One reason could be the recent success of Sithara Entertainments with ‘Tillu Square’. Like ‘Gangs of Godavari’, this dark comedy was postponed multiple times as well. However, once it released on 29 March, it eventually found its audience, and earned a whopping 135 crores, compared to a measly budget of 20 crores.
Besides, Vishwak Sen is one of the few Telugu actors, who managed to deliver a commercial success this year. His last movie ‘Gaami’ was not appreciated by critics, but it managed to impress the audiences, and it managed to collect a respectable total of 24 crores.
