The show was hosted by Telugu director and actor Ohmkar. The third season had a total of 27 episodes. It was aired twice a week for 45 to 50 minutes. It was presented by Telugu Matrimony. It was a game show that evaluated the intelligence of the contestants taking part in the show. In the show, Telugu language celebrities participated to showcase their sixth sense. The show had a total of 4 rounds and two celebrities were invited in one episode. These celebrities had to compete against each other to win the game.

In the middle of the games, they did some dance performances and acting to please the audiences. The show had a few hundred live audiences watching the show. All four rounds involved different games. In the first round, they were shown some short videos and then they had to answer some questions asked by the host-related to these videos. In this round, they were tested based on their attentiveness. In this round, they were shown a total of 4 videos and each right answer got them 100 points. The person who won the most points won the round. In the second round, they were presented in front of a foreign girl who sang a Telugu language song in her accent.

They had to guess the song she was singing and then sang it in their voice. The contestants who guessed it correctly won the round. They were given a horn that they had to honk while answering the question. They had to honk if they thought that they guessed the song. The first-person to honk was given the opportunity to answer first. In the third round, they were blindfolded and then had to touch some things and then tell what is the name of the item.

They had to guess it in 45 seconds. They could touch the item, smell it, taste it, and then tell. In the fourth and last round, that was for 30 lakh rupees. They were shown six lockers containing several amounts of money from one to 10 lakh. They had to tell what locker one should open after that, the amount was eliminated from the show.
