Plot
Sonu owns a beauty parlour. He aspires to be a model. People in his area like him, especially the women. However, he locks horns with SI Shankar and a goon, Rustum. To escape from these two, he takes a woman avatar, Laila. Did he escape from them? The rest of the story speaks about how his life changed.
Star Performance
Vishwaksen’s performance is decent. His body language and expressions as Laila are okay. Abhimanyu Singh did justice to the given role. Unlike his previous films, he attracts with his comedy, too.
Analysis
The storyline is not new. It is outdated and has no grip. The underdeveloped screenplay and the weak narration are the biggest minus points. Yet, we have to appreciate the actor for his new avatar. The comedy scenes are not up to the expectations. If the dialogue and scenes had been written well, it would’ve worked out well. Again, the cinema industry used a heroine in a template role and limited her with songs. The visuals are okay, and the editing is decent, too. However, the crispy editing can’t save the film as the screenplay and narration are the main drawbacks.
