Vasantham Muthal Paarvai is a Tamil-language serial that premiered in 2019 on Vasantham. The series focuses on the life of Varu, a filmmaker who writes a fiction screenplay for a movie and creates the world of Vaan Varu Vaan. Varu begins to plot the characters with traits that would make her an ideal partner. Vaan Varu Vaan is a world of crime where two crime officers fall in an affair. However, Varu is married to Sanjay, who's nothing like what she had imagined her "ideal" partner.
Vasantham Muthal Paarvai has five episodes, and each one of them has a different storyline that provides a visual treat to the viewers, unlike the first episode, which focuses on Varu, the filmmaker, and her imaginary world of crime. The second episode presents a non-fiction story about a lawyer named Mr. Subhash Krishnan. Veezhavaenendru Ninaithaayo is the second episode of the serial, where the protagonist is seen in a frivolous role. While the third and fourth episodes focus on solving crimes, the final episode of the serial presents a scientific fiction story that focuses on a man who's in debt and regrets a decision he made in the past that is irreversible at the moment.
