These contestants are divided into two teams, Kaadargal and Vaedargal. Kaadargal is represented in Yellow and the Vaedargal in Red. The participants should stay in the exotic locations in Zanzibar Island, and they are not provided with food, shelter, and drinking water. They had to survive without technology and civilization.

The first task given to the teams this season is interesting. In the middle of the ocean, a boat filled with food is stationed. After the teams get their food, they have to travel to another island with the help of the map provided to them. On the island, they could get food and other essentials. All the essentials they need to cook the food are given to them. The teams have leaders, and other members vote for them. The top two members voted to lead the teams should face a challenge and win to take over the position. Vikranth, Vijayalakshmi, Saran, Gayathri, Indraja, Umapathy, Lady Kash, and Ram are in the Kaadargal team. The Vaedargal team has Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Nandha, Amzath, Shrusthi Dange, Narayan Lucky, VJ Parvathy, Ravi, and Aishwarya.
