was with him. The team of the famous television series Satyamev Jayate, known for voicing opinions on social awareness, was with them. They initiated an effort to overcome the effects of drought in Maharashtra. They set up an NGO named Paani Foundation to help the cause and minimize the drastic effects of lack of drinking water in people's lifestyles. They motivated people to join them. They showed that if people are united, there is nothing that we can't overcome.
Many people across the Maharashtra came forward to contribute to the cause. They initiated a water cup competition. Later, they shared stories from different people about how they helped to manage water scarcity to make Maharashtra drought-free. They released 45-minute-long episodes narrating their experiences in working with these people. The Marathas are featured on the channel Zee Marathi.
