Kannada series Yoga Yoga is aired on TV9 all through the week from 6:15 am to 6:30 am. This program teaches all the yoga forms to the inhabitants of the state of Karnataka. The program mainly focuses on teaching all the important forms that are useful for body equibalance or maintenance. This program is targeted to all the rich, poor and average people who desire health boost and body flexibility and prowess in the life; this also activates the brain to receive more oxygen and keep the reflexes at peak. The first half of the program is where the Guruji of the guild demonstrates his techniques on basic stretches.
These stretches are really efficient for each part of the body. The first exercise makes the legs free to move which is followed by hamstrings which are the muscles that really help in supporting the body, next comes the abdomen exercises which prevent the fine lines on the stomach and the love handle muscles become really flexible if these exercises are performed properly, the hand stretches are also performed which helps the biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles. At the start of the program, Guruji sings a song which invokes the dedication to perform yoga to the fullest extent.
After the first half stretches, we break for commercials followed by the second half where pranayama and kapalbhati exercises are performed which will help in reducing the stomach and cut down the size of the fat cells in body, the breathing exercises performed helps all the internal organs like heart, liver, stomach and kidney to get activated and oxygenated organs perform well, the lungs expand which means the stamina increases which is good for making the body flexible, there are thyroid exercises performed which will help in the secretion of thyroxine hormone.
This show which is telecasted for about 15 minutes teaches great forms of yoga in that particular day. Performing all taught techniques daily give in the best result. All the forms done by guruji are also performed by the viewers thereby making learning yoga affordable. It is a benefit for the busy and poor people as it is cheap and each session is for about 15 minutes and it is just a step to have a few more extra years of lifespan, apart from yoga a few ayurvedic tips are shared with the viewers as the combination of those two has kept people healthy for the past many decades. It has a TOI rating between poor and moderate.
