Saundarya, a young and beautiful girl, considers herself to be lucky to marry the love of her life. Ignoring the warnings of their relatives and the villagers about the ghostly events, they both decide to stay at their ancestral home, where her happiness soon turns into a nightmare when she starts experiencing a series of paranormal incidents. The distressful past of the mansion haunts Saundarya and pushes her to the edge of revealing the dark secrets of the history.
Lesser-known by the natives about the horrific events that occurred during the reign of the King, who harassed his stage performers for his entertainment, leads to the death of one of his favorite dancer named Chandramukhi, to whom he was attracted. The wicked spirit that resides in a room soon returns when Saundarya accidentally explores a secret door from which she was supposed to stay away. Terrifying and unexplained events occur, and these incidents strongly question her belief when the spirit of Chandramukhi possesses Saundarya to bring forth her painful story that she suffered by the cruel King.
The show further dramatizes how Saundarya receives assistance beyond the grave to expose the brutal and inhuman face of the King and later taps the other side discovers the hidden link with his family. How her husband determines to find out the truth and tries to will locate a method to save her from the devilish attack? Will Saundarya be able to solve the mystery? Will she be able to figure out the riddle? What’s going to be the result is what you will see in this horror series, in a journey of anxieties filled with a blend of fiction and facts.
