 (Season 4) is an MTV-sponsored show which started in 2012. Its fourth edition came in 2016. To educate the youth about the education problem, a college connect internet portal has partnered with the Teach for India (TFI) initiative. This Independence DOvere Campus Diaries volunteers would be placed by MTV in each of TFI's seven cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Over four months, each volunteer will spend five times observing a TFI Fellow in a classroom. It intends to make them aware of the current state of the education system and to explain how TFI Fellows are working to address it.
Volunteers will submit a white paper or article after the four months detailing their experiences with educational injustice and their ideas for resolving it. The aim of MTV's Campus Diaries is to capture the feel of college life, from the admissions process until graduation. It celebrates the carefree spirit of having fun while in college. The events, such as #firstdayincollege, freshers, admission fever, and the collection of success stories from college graduates, reflect the institution’s curriculum, giving them their distinctiveness. The Campus Bosses from these 300 universities, whom the channel refers to as their "buddies," have assisted in the site's curation. MTV credits the audience's participation with the platform's success.
