Hemant Chadha is well known name in Indian television industry. He has been working in the industry for more than 10 years. According to him his acting career started by chance, he never had any plans for it. His journey started when he declared the Best Male Model in Jaipur and then he came to Mumbai.

Hemant Chadha first appeared in BR Chopra’s in which he played lead roles in the thirty different stories. After this he never look behind and then he played so many positive in good characters in the serials like Kasauti, Anamika, Ambar Dhara.In he has played a negative role for the first time. Hemant Chadha also appeared in CID and Surya –The super Cop. He has also done mythological serial Dwarkadheesh – Bhagwaan Shree Krishna as Blaram. The Major breakthrough for Hemant was Ambar Dhara in which he played a musician role, the role played by him was appreciated by the audience. For Ambar Dhara he experimented with his looks also, in this serial he appeared with long hair.

Hemant Chadha also got a role in the film 'Jaane Hoga Kya' directed by Glen-Ankush, he played the role of Bipasha's brother. Despite the fact that he is addressed as chocolaty boy in the industry, he has played various characters and his favorite role is the negative character of Kamini-Damini in which he played the role of Roshan, The serial was produced by .
