The story is about Urmi, who lives in Jhansi and dreams of marrying a perfect and rich partner. But she married an arrogant, selfish, and short-tempered person named Samrat Singh Rathore. Her cousin Trisha warns her that he's not a good man, but she ignores her and marries him.

On the wedding night, she learned about his short-tempered nature, which was uncontrollable by anyone. On the day of Holi, she left the house of Samrat after learning that Samrat was cheating on her. Later, when she finds out that she's pregnant with his child, she returns to his home.

5 Years later, they have a son named Shaurya. On his son's birthday, Urmi and an older man argued, and he was Samrat's uncle. Unknowingly, she hurt Samrat, and he beats her badly in anger. After that, she filed a domestic violence case against him. She also learned that he was cheating on her. In all this, Ishaan helps her in getting a divorce.
