Hindi Awards 24th Star Screen Awards

Star Screen Awards are organised every year to appreciate and felicitate the people of Bollywood who worked hard for the whole year to give such blockbusters to the Indian Cinema. This award show is organised by Screen Magazine of the Indian Express Group. The show was initially aired on Star Plus. It was started in the year 2000 on Star Plus. After the year 2011, the ceremony was conducted by Colors. Therefore, it was aired on Colors TV and named as the Colors Screen Awards. The show is in Hindi. They appreciated and felicitated the awards for the films released in the year 2016 and it was telecasted in January 2017. Every year, the event takes place in Mumbai, India. The nomination for the various categories and selection of winners was done by a group of authorised Professionals of the Bollywood industry.
