It is the official remake of the Marathi series of the same name that aired on Sun Marathi. The series has also been remade with the same name in Malayalam and aired on Surya TV.

Manju is a village girl who lives peacefully with her family. Her father is a constable. Manju is a soft-natured girl who is afraid of small things. After the sudden demise of her father, she receives his job. She gets her posting as a constable at Rasulpur Police Station. Though she is unable to overcome her weakness, Manju has big dreams of achieving high in her career and life. Meanwhile, Arjun works for a local don, Don Tatu. He has a complex relationship with his mother. Though Arjun has a rough side as a thug, he has a compassionate side and respects women. Manju and Arjun were childhood friends. What will happen if they unite in life as a couple? The rest of the story deals with this.
