Byanjonborno is a serial that was broadcast on Ruposhi Bangla and was hosted by Nandini Pal. Introduced to the general public as a simple cooking reality television show this serial quickly gained popularity all across the state of West Bengal and became one of the most liked and popular shows that has ever been telecasted. The show starts with the host Nandini Pal introducing herself to the audience. After a brief introduction, she calls and introduces another guest that has gained the opportunity to be on the show and share their life experiences along with sharing their favourite recipes.

Nandini along with the guest then proceeded to begin cooking the said favourite dish henceforth sharing the recipe with the rest of the State. The serial consists of a bunch of episodes with Nandini introducing different guests who have gained the opportunity to be on the show. She interacts with the guests and asks them about their lives and what they have done to achieve their goals in life and what their favourite dishes are. She asks each and every one of the guests to share their favourite food recipes and asks whether they have some authentic recipes of their own.
