The show revolves around a team of doctors in Karachi and their professional and personal lives. Dr. Ahmer Ansari is mourning the death of his foster father. Ahmer discovers that his father had a daughter who died young, leaving behind a granddaughter. Coincidentally, the granddaughter, Dr. Zoya Khan, becomes an intern at his hospital. Initially frustrated with her immaturity, Ahmer mentors Zoya, leading to a friendship and a deeper connection. Learning of Zoya's financial difficulties, Ahmer decides to buy the house but surprises her by gifting it instead. Overwhelmed, Ahmer tries to distance himself by leaving Pakistan. But his genuine feelings for Zoya bring him back to his father's house, where they reunite for a heartfelt conclusion to the story.

Dr. Zoya Ali Khan is a cheerful and lively young doctor who brings joy to the hospital environment and the life of Dr. Ahmer. Initially resistant to attending medical school, Zoya discovers that her deceased mother wishes her to become a doctor. Encouraged by a phone call announcing her inheritance of her grandfather's house, she decides to pursue medicine to honor her mother's wishes. Despite entering the demanding world of the hospital, Zoya maintains her carefree attitude, much to the chagrin of Dr. Ahmer. The series unfolds with Zoya navigating her medical education, blending her lively personality with the challenges of hospital life, and engaging in a playful critique with Dr. Ahmer.

Dr. Sheena Karamat, harboring feelings for Dr. Ahmer, faces jealousy and complicates Zoya's life when she notices Ahmer's interest in her. After marrying an old college friend who turns out to have another family, she divorces him and realizes Ahmer only sees her platonically. Dr. Irfan, Dr. Ahmer's colleague, is carefree and flirtatious. Friends with Dr. Khan and Dr. Sheena, he navigates their romantic entanglements, supporting Zoya's genuine feelings over Sheena's obsessive nature. He develops a crush on Sheena but later falls for Zoya's friend, Anji, leading to their engagement despite challenges with Anji's father.
