At the start of the season, the employees have to deal with their regular corporate problems. They need to fire employees, cut the production cost, hire new employees, work efficiently.

They have to deal with problems created by the company downsizing. In the latter half of the season, a new kind of relationship starts to blossom among the employees. There are new love stories being created and the old ones being reignited. Season three saw it ratings increasing , even better than season two. It received praise from critics and the viewers alike. Deedle-Dee Productions and Reveille Productions, along with NBC were the producers of the show.
