In her career spanning 8 years, Honey Rose is considered to be one of the good actresses of Malayalam cinema, but she had indeed come a long way to achieve this position. 

Honey Rose has mainly acted in Malayalam films, but had ventured in Tamil and Telugu films too. Born on 5th September 1991, Honey Rose, ventured into the Malayalam film industry during the year 2005. She worked in the film Boyy Friennd under the direction of Vinayan. Later, she did one film each in Telugu and Tamil namely Ee Varsham Sakshiga and Mudhal Kanave respectively. Honey Rose is best remembered for her role as Dhwani Nambiar in the film Trivandrum Lodge. Her performance was noticed in the film and she instantly climbed the ladder of success through the film. In fact, she even changed her name to Dhwani, but later she got back to her name Honey Rose. 

Honey was initially tensed to play the role of Dhwani in Trivandrum Lodge. She felt that the role was something against her character. Honey feels that women are given strong roles nowadays. Incidentally Honey aspired to become an actor in childhood, but when she was approached for her debut film, she was quite nervous as she had no experience in acting whatsoever. After finishing the first shot, she realized that, her place is cinema. 

Hailing from Thodupuzha, Honey Rose has worked in over 22 films. She changed her name to Soundarya when she acted in the Tamil movie Kaandharvan. Honey Rose is eagerly waiting for her break in Tamil cinema. 

Honey Rose admits that, her acting strength has evolved with movies. She signs her roles slowly and steadily while her colleagues may sign more projects. Honey states that, she wants people to keep her role in mind for years together. Also, she is not frightened by big actors’ presence. 

Even when Honey didn’t savor success, she didn’t give up. Honey once said that, she is keen on roles that would get her popularity. And now she is quite a popular star!

Lakshmi Prasanna Manchu is an Indian celebrity known for her acting and hosting skills, along with being a producer. She was born on 8 October 1977 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her father (Mohan Babu) and brothers (Vishnu Manchu and Manoj Manchu) are accomplished actors. Her birth mother, Vidya Devi, is no more, but she has a step-mother, Manchu Nirmala Devi. She is quite a learned woman in the industry. She graduated in theater from Oklahoma City University. Later, she attended the film school at the University of Southern California. Lakshmi’s career kick-started with the role of Sarasvati, on the American comedy-drama television series titled ‘Las Vegas.’ She recurred in eleven episodes of the show from 2004 to 2007. In 2006, she not only acted in the short film titled ‘Private Lives’, but also directed and produced it. In 2008, she played the role of Najma in the English biopic, ‘The Ode.’

Born on the 18th of July, 1978 in the Kanhangad district of Kerala, Vyshakh is neither among the old generation of directors and nor among the new generation battalion making movies solely with say, Fahadh Fazil or Dulquer Salman. Vyshakh on the other hand, belongs somewhere midway, bridging this link. This bridging of the generation gap is clearly visible in his directorial debut ‘Pokkiri Raja’ that released in 2010. He is known for making some masala entertainers in Malayalam. Pokkiri Raja starred Mammootty and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles, and nothing portrays better the combination of two generations or rather entirely two mindsets in his movies. It turned out to be the largest grosser in the Malayalam movie industry in 2010. It dealt with the story of two brothers, one of whom is an underworld don and how he helps his younger brother fight for his lobe interest who is played by Shriya Saran. ‘Seniors’, which released in 2011 starring Manoj K Jayan, Jayaram, Biju Menon and Kunchacko Boban, came next. This one too was a great commercial success and garnered great reviews. Set in a comical and hilarious setting it dealt with a murder mystery and how a group of four friends return after a long gap to their college to figure out who among them is the actual murderer after one of them was wrongly charged with the crime long back.

Siraj Kalla is a Movie Director and Writer based in India. He predominantly worked in the Telugu film industry. Some of his works as a director and writer include Darr Sabko Lagta Hai, a supernatural fiction television series having 49 episodes that aired on 31 October 2015. It starred Bipasha Basu, Shweta Basu Parsad and Vikas Sethi . He also worked in D for Dopidi, a Comedy Thriller film that was released on 25 December 2013. Its starring cast includes Varun Sandesh, Sundeep Kishan, and Melanie Chandra. He also worked in 2018 (2023) and Monster (2022) as an Associate Director in these films.

Antony Perumbavoor was a driver earlier in his life (he had been a driver to veteran actor Mohanlal) and later became a famous producer in the film industry. Eventually, his life took a drastic change, and he became Mohanlal’s business partner. Antony Perumbavoor owns a production house named Ashirvad Cinema and the first film that this production Studio produced was Narsimha.

Satheesh Kurup is an Indian cinematographer who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. He took up a challenging task of photography from his first film ‘Anwar,’ and this film is still considered to be one of his best works so far. He owes an inspiration as a cinema technician from cinematographer and director Balu Mahendra. He was very much determined to be a part of the cinema. But before he could make a plunge in cinema, he was a still photographer in his college club. His continuous passion for cinematography brought him closer to many producers and directors of Malayalam cinema. While he was a still photographer in the college club, he took up the role of an assistant cameraman for Big B, which had cinematography by Samir Tahir. Later on, he had followed up as an operating cameraman for movie ‘Sagar Alias Jacky Reloaded’ which had Mohanlal,

Deepak Devraj Komath is the original name of Deepak Dev, an Indian music director. He has composed songs predominantly in Malayalam cinema. His music is flawless in terms of sound quality. His music has a distinct quality in it and this has created a new trend in Mollywood. Deepak has several superhit songs to his credit.

Shajie Naduvil is an Indian art director known for his work in the Malayalam film industry. He was born in Kochi, Kerala, India, on April 13th, 1978, to his parents, Thankachan Naduvil and Saramma Naduvil. He has one brother and one sister. Shajie completed his schooling at St. Paul's school, Vyttila, Kochi, and pursued a degree in Visual Communication from the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Management from I.G.N.O.U. Shajie began his career in the film industry as an assistant art director in the 2004 movie, 'Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njanum.' His first independent project as an art director was the 2006 movie, 'Classmates,' directed by Lal Jose.

Stunt Silva was born in Tuticorin, TamilNadu. He started his career as a male nurse after getting trained in Stanley Medical College. Silva worked as a Ward boy in Tuticorin hospital. Later he joined in Vijaya Health Center in Chennai by the year 1990. To maintain his family’s financial status, he worked in several sectors such as Peon in offices and dabbled in transport sector business offices. He then joined in the background dancer of the film under the guidance and advice of the Dance

Mohan Lal is the Super Star of the Malayalam film industry. He is the Son in Law of a famous producer cum veteran actor Balaji. Mohan Lal is married to Suchithra, the elder daughter of Balaji. Mohan Lal was born in the year 1960 in Elanthoor in Kerala. He is very popular for his natural acting and simplicity. The first movie, he committed was Thiranottam, but the first to release was Manjil Virinja Pookal. This movie had Poornima Jayaram as his pair and that is the debut movie in Malayalam for her too. Born to C. J. Antony and Liduwa Antony in Changanassery in Kerala, Johny Antony is an Indian film director. He is well known for his comedy movies in the Malayalam film industry. Having assisted various talented directors like Thulasidas, Taha, Kamal, Jose Thomas, etc. Johny Antony has been active in Indian cinema since 1991. Johny is married to Shyni Antony since 2002 and has two beautiful daughters- Aswathi and Lakshmi with her. He completed his initial school education from St. John’s Baptist High School in Nedumkunnam and his higher education from NSS College in Changanassery. Johny started his career by assisting acclaimed Malayalam director Thulasidas in 1991 in the movie Chanchattam starring Jayaram, Urvashi, Jagathy and Manoj K Jayan.

Siddique, who is a Malayalam film actor, producer, and a television host started his film career initially with comedy roles, and later he continued performing a variety of roles. Born at Edavanakkad, in Ernakulam Kerala, Siddique is the youngest child with two other siblings. Completing his primary schooling in his hometown, Siddique later took Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He worked as an Electrical Engineer at Kerala and worked for a few more years in Saudi Arabia. Later he quit his job and started exploring his inner talents. He started his artistic career as a mimicry artist. Married to Seena, Siddique has two sons. Shaheen Siddique is his eldest son from previous marriage, and he made his debut in the movie Pathemari.

Sudev Nair is an actor well known for his award-winning performance in the Malayalam film, ‘My Life Partner’. He was born on 14th April 1985 in Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. He completed primary education from Sulochanadevi Singhania High School in Thane. He did his higher secondary education from V. G. Vaze College of Arts Science and Commerce situated in Mulund, Maharashtra.
