Plot

The simple plot of this film is that a person named Ananth, who wants to live as he desire, has been awakened by the nightmares. He lives in the imaginary world, which he thinks as real. What are the emotional and psychical problems he faces? Did he realize this? Did he come out from this dangerous life? Watch the film in theaters!

Star Performance

As usual, Sanchari Vijay has played his part perfectly. Sanjana Prakash has different shades and she did it well. The supporting actors have also played their part well, as directed by Umesh.

Analysis

Umesh has taken a different script and it is surely a unique script in Kannada Movie Industry. Umesh has worked hard for this script. The production values and the artist selection are appreciable. Varthamana depicts the psychology of the people, who live in Metro Cities. Unlike Other films that expose things with the dialogues, Varthamana has the visuals that converse with the audiences. Umesh didn’t follow any particular filmmaking style.

• Umesh could have concentrated more on executing

Verdict

If you are a commercial movie lover, then this is not for you. If you want to watch a film with a unique script, you could try this, but you should have a lot of patience, to understand the scenes and the explanation by the director.
