Plot
Bangalore is a dreamland for a lot of youngsters, who are hunting for the job. In particular, the Software and the cinema industry are the most wanted fields. Cinema, the dream of a lot of enthusiasts. Four youngsters from different parts of the state meet in Bangalore. Every one of them has a different aim and a different backdrop. They dream to achieve something big, but they have to face a lot of hurdles to fulfill their dreams. Did they meet their ambition? Watch the film in theaters!

The newcomers had performed really well. To be frank, it is the director’s talent to pull out their abilities.
Analysis
Unlike the regular rural to urban movies, Apple Cake has a different plot. The script and the screenplay are written well. But, the narration is very detailed and seems to be a spoon feeding one. The casting team receives appreciation, as it has chosen good actors. The film comes with a message and it is preachy. However, it starts with a good note. The characterization is good and each of the characters is given a different mindset and experiences. There are too many sub-plots that might bore the audiences. Although the director tried to showcase the other side of the industry, if he had concentrated more on it, it would have come out well.
