The Qureshi family lives in a remote village in India. The family is poor and owns a goat. The debt collectors visit the family, and so the family decides to sell their pet goat. Star Performances:
The genuine performances of the actors have beautified the concept of the film. They have provided authenticity to the settings of the plot and scenes. Anshuman Jha plays the barber in the film and has done a very good job. Suruchi Aulakh’s performance has made her stand out.
Beyond the storyline:
The concept of the movie highlights the little ironies that we come across in life. It also throws light on the fickle mindedness of the human race. The cameras have beautifully captured the scenery of the village.
What could have been improved?
The movie takes a major turn towards political issues and religious sentiments. However, the movie offers no conclusion to these issues. The questions that it arises are left unanswered. Furthermore, editing is something that needs great improvement in the movie.
