Analysis
Rajpal Yadav as Santosh gets married to Shanti played by Neha Dhupia. Santosh works at a bank located in Mumbai and has a very simple lifestyle. Santosh lives a regular life before his marriage but after getting married, life becomes different and with the addition of another person in his life he fails to cope with the pressure. His lack of ability to deal with household situations often leads to domestic altercations with his wife, Shanti. This troubles Santosh’s work where he is always looked down. Prem played by Aashish Chaudhary, his boss, looking at Santosh’s condition always taunts him about how successful his life was and how cooperative his wife was which is Khushi, played by Amrita Arora. Although, Prem is lying about his marriage as he also faces problems same as Santosh and is disturbed by the situation. The movie is a satire on the husband-wife relationship. The life of Santosh becomes such that Santosh imagines himself as the husband of random women around him. Santosh becomes so sick mentally that his tantrums land him in trouble with the police. He is finally bailed out by his wife Shanti, the two then come to terms and realize that such situations are part of marriage life, and they must learn to live with it. With this, all ends well for Santosh. The film does not excite, but there are glimpses of Rajpal Yadav’s comedy. The music is not very impressive, although the title song ‘Rama Rama Kya Hai Yeh Dramaa’ by Siddharth and Suhas created a stir. The cinematography by
