decided to step into politics and start living at his birth place hadbahedi which is a special town for a specific reason. Watch him pleasing the villages so that they extend their support to him.

, the son of legendary Raj Kapoor, decides to pursue politics and to gather support from people relocates to Hadbahedi, his birth town. Hadbahedi is a very absurd town, with people not using cell phones, trains are not stopping at its Railway station, electricity available for only 6 hours.
Chintu agrees with a local alcohol brand for giving his name for the brand in exchange of a plot nearby and once crore rupees. Which he decides to make a film with to gain popularity among the villagers, the villagers get fooled that it will make the village popular, help chintu in the filmmaking with all of their resources. After a long chaotic situation, they find out things getting stolen and women getting molested and villagers also get accused of harboring a terrorist.
Analysis:
Chintu ji is a movie with a fresh concept that could not be executed as the director thought.
