Plot
SK, Tripathi and Nauti are Friends from his childhood. SK becomes a lawyer and Nauti is a fashion designer and owns her boutique and now Tripathi wants to become an entrepreneur. So, he starts a Printing Press in his town. But the electricity bill shocked Tripathy. He was charged with 54 lakhs and he doesn't know where to complain and he commits suicide. Later, his friend SK takes on charge and plans to find out the culprit behind the inflated electricity bill. SK finds that a private electric company is responsible for the high electricity charges and so he files a case against the company. Gulnar represents the private company as an advocate. Who wins the case, is it SK or Gulnar? Watch the movie in theatres!
Start Performance
Shahid Kapoor had done justice to his role. His stylish dialogue delivery and looks are good. Similarly, Shraddha Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma and Yami Gautam had played their parts fairly.
Analysis
The director has brought a good script with the common man's issue. His intention is good and he has designed the film well. The team should be appreciated as they had chosen a well-set star cast. The cinematography by Anshuman Mahaley is excellent and he had captured the beautiful hilly areas of Uttarakhand.

Verdict
Batti Gul Meter Chalu could not be said as a super duper movie, but it is good to watch with family, definitely once.
