Plot
The story happens in the 28th century. Millions of living beings from different planets are residing in Alpha space station. Valerian and Laureline work as the police. Valerian had a dream and in his dream, he sees humanoids live peacefully in a tropical land. The beautiful lifestyle is destroyed by a spaceship. Suddenly Valerian wakes up from the dream. Valerian wishes to go to the planet that came in his dream. Valerian tries to retrieve some animals from his dream. He gets a converter from the black market to bring the animals from his dream. When he returns to the space station, the commander says that the station is infected by some unknown force. While the commander speaks with Valerian, they are attacked and kidnapped by humanoids and lose their power. What happened next? Did Valerian get back his power? Watch it on the silver screen.
Star Performance
Dane DeHaan, Cara Delevingne had done their part extremely well. Both of them had a lot of room to emote.
Analysis
Luc Besson has scripted a different story and had narrated it well. Although Dan DeHaan looks young for the powerful role, the director got the work from him with perfection. Cara’s casting is perfect. The director has finely mixed up the two different characters, Valerian and Laureline and gives the viewers a nice blend.
