The agents team up to corner a narcotics kingpin. In due course, the pair develops affection for each other and become buddies. The physical movements during action scenes appear like characters from comedy cartoons. Most of the movies by Sandra Bullock are obnoxious that the audiences cannot sit through for the climax. But exceptionally, Sandra Bullock proves to be a treat for fans of the movie The Heat. As audiences keep on hearing foul remarks by McCarthy, they can sense a problem with the character she does. The movie’s opening is bad. But, the movie picks up speed in the latter half and makes it a worthwhile action treat.
Usually, the men doing buddy cop movies are swift and ill-tempered. The movie The Heat has females in the profession of police and throws light on their feelings. Bullock is much envied by her boss. Thomas F Wilson has done the role of McCarthy’s Boss, and he has done his part well. Although the pair is the weaker sex, they beat men who outnumber them. The movie The Heat is different in a way that it shatters all male chauvinism. The movie is sure to possess the audiences a bit slowly but steadily.
