“V. V.Vinayak” is the popular director, who has given huge hit movies. He is now committed to direct the 150th film of the Mega Star “Chiranjeevi". Vinayak has a Luxurious house in Jubilee Hills, which he built according to his artistic taste. It is now said that he has sold his favorite residence for Rs. 20 Crores. Sources say that he did not sell it for money, as he is not in such a situation. In fact, the house is a gift by the producer of “Alludu Seenu". Some sources say that he sells his house, as it is not built with the “Vaastu” techniques whereas some other sources say that he is selling it for the loss incurred by the movie, “Akhil".
