Sundeep Says His Upcoming Film Is Not A Hollywood Remake!

Sundeep Kishan and Nithya Menen are pairing for the first time in “Okka Ammayi Thappa” directed by Rajasimha. Right from the time of the trailer release, speculations are rolling out that the film is a remake or a copy of the Hollywood film, Phone Booth which released in 2002. It was a psychological thriller, which is directed by Joel Schumacher. When asked about this to Sundeep, he said that he hadn’t watched the Hollywood film, but don’t know whether the director had watched it or not. However, it is not a copy of the film, strongly says Sundeep. The romantic story which is set against thriller background has a lot of youthful elements, says Sundeep. Sundeep has not received any payment for the film, informed the producer and similarly, Nithya Menen has cut down a major part of her remuneration for this film.
