Veda Nilayam, Poes Garden, Chennai is the address of honorable Tamilnadu CM Madam J “Jayalalithaa.” It was purchased by Jayalalithaa’s mom “Sandhya” in 1967. It was the place where Madam Jaya’s niece Deepa grew. After a few years, Jayalalithaa’s brother and family exited the house and started living as a nuclear family. After “V K Sasikala” was appointed to help Jayalalithaa, she shifted her base to Veda Nilayam. Even after the death of Madam Jaya, she refused to vacate the house. The caretaker CM of Tamilnadu, “O Panneerselvam” pledged that he will turn the Poes Garden home of Amma, as her memorial and vacate Sasikala. Will it happen?
