, the renowned distributor stated that if the producers have the rights to release the films directly on OTT, as it is their investment, then they shouldn’t question theater owners about the shows and charges they fix for snacks and parking on theatre premises, as the producers have invested nothing in theaters. He also added that 2D Entertainment, the makers of Ponmagal Vandhaal, are big shots in the film industry and they could have waited for the lockdown lift to release the film.
