Vishal Files A Case Against Special Officer Appointment!

Vishal Reddy Born as Vishal Krisna Reddy, he is called upon as >> Read More... , the President of the Tamil Film Producer Council, has filed a case against the appointment of the Special Officer named N Sekar. The Tamilnadu Governor is said to have appointed the Special Officer to manage the TFPC for a year. As there are a lot of confusions prevailing in the Tamil Film Producers’ Council, a Special Officer was appointed.  

The Special Officer could exercise power and could carry out the functions of the committee and could also discharge the duties. He is directed to follow the Tamilnadu Societies Registration Act 1975 and Tamilnadu Societies Registration Rules 1978. The newly appointed officer has taken in charge from 27^th April 2019. Now, Vishal has filed a case against the appointment and the case comes to the hearing, tomorrow.
