Recently, he donated a lump sum to the Trichy girl, Gomathi Marimuthu, who won a Gold for India in the running event in the Asian Athletic Championship held in Doha. He sent the prize money through his fan club members. Now, Vijay Sethupathi’s fan club members had gifted a gold chain to Ilakiya, a 14-yr-old girl who won 2 gold medals for India at the International Karate Open Championship in Malaysia.
