The Tamilnadu Government will ban the Tik Tok app stated the Information And Technology minister, Manikandan. He also stated that with this app, a lot of unwanted happenings are witnessed, stated the minister. It is also to be noted that the central government had already issued notices to Helo and Tik Tok applications, as they had been used for Anti-National activities.
Tik Tok has been used to make short videos and the users share those videos through the smartphones that have the app. As a lot of political messages had been shared and created unnecessary tension, the government has decided to ban the app.
