Stop Constructing Nadigar Sangam Building – Court

Nadigar Sangam led by “Nassar” and Vishal Reddy is constructing a huge building inside its premises. The construction materials are scattered on the road that causes disturbance to the area people. Sri Rangan and Annamalai, the residents of the area filed a case against the Nadigar Sangam. Following this, the judge ordered a stay to construct the Nadigar Sangam building. It is stated that the Nadigar Sangam could complete their basement, as of now. Following the encroachment complaint, the court ordered for further inquiry. The Nadigar Sangam said that they had got the CMDA approval. The Nadigar Sangam’s land is of 45250 square feet and they have valid documents for the entire place. The judges Kirubakaran and Parthiban handled the case. They have ordered that the building shouldn’t be erected till the corporation commissioner approves.
