South Indian Nightingale P. Susheela Enters The Guinness Book Of World Records!

South Indian Nightingale, “P Susheela” has created a new world record and she has entered in the Guinness Book Of World Records, for her huge number of songs.

Susheela started her singing career in 1952.

Since then, she has sung 17, 695 songs in six Indian languages.

She has sung as many solos, duets and even chorus.

Her first film song was for a Tamil movie, “Petra Thai.”

Though she is not regularly singing in the cinemas now, she never turns down the opportunities.

Being a Telugu native, Susheela has sung many Tamil songs.

Apart from Tamil and Telugu, she has sung a lot of Kannada and Malayalam songs too.

She has rendered her voice in a few Hindi films.
