Sonia Gandhi To Unveil Karunanidhi Statue!

“Karunanidhi,” the late DMK President and the former Tamilnadu Chief Minister, was announced dead on 7th August 2018, due to multiple organ failure. After the death of Karunanidhi, “M K Stalin” was chosen as the party leader, unanimously. DMK had been in alliance with Congress for more than a decade. The latest news is that Sonia Gandhi, the party leader of All India Congress Committee had been invited to unveil the bronze statue of the late DMK leader Karunanidhi, which had been installed in Anna Arivalayam, the DMK Party office. Stalin met her and Rahul Gandhi and invited them to attend the event and honor them. The statue unveiling event will happen on 15th November 2018.
