Saddening News! Legendary Director Dasari Narayana Rao Passes Away!

Dasari Narayana Rao, the popular director cum producer of Telugu film industry, passed away today. He was born on 4th May 1942 in Palakollu, West Godavari district. Dasari is the Limca Record holder for directing a huge number of films. Yes, he has directed 151 films. Started his career as a director in 1972 with Tata Manavadu, he ended with Erra Bus in 2014. He has produced a lot of films and teleserials. After attending the function of “Khaidi No 150” featuring “Chiranjeevi” and Kajal Aggarwal, he fell ill. Chiranjeevi met Dasari at his home and wished for his recovery. Dasari planned to work with Pawan Kalyan in his next and had been planning to work on the biopic of late TN CM, “Jayalalithaa.” Dasari Narayana Rao’s death is a huge loss to the Telugu Film Industry.
