RK Nagar Election Updates!

From the time, the Election Commission of India announced the by-poll date in RK Nagar, the political parties started their next work to attract the voters. After the nominations had been filed, they were reviewed by the Election Commission. Now, the ECI has given a chance to withdraw the nomination petitions, if the candidates want to quit from contesting. So, today is the last day to withdraw the name. The candidates can withdraw their petition till 3 PM. The final list of the candidates will be released by today evening. Depending on the number of the contestants, the election pattern might change. If there are more than 63 candidates, then the paper-based voting method will be followed; otherwise, electronic voting machines will be used. “J Deepa,” Madhusoodanan, Gangai Amaran, “T T V Dhinakaran” and Marudhu Ganesh are some of the popular contestants of RK Nagar by-poll.
