Sasi told that Pichaikaran would showcase him as a commercial filmmaker. He added that the movie is about a rich man who is forced to become a beggar. Sasi immensely thanked Vijay Antony for trusting him. 

Vijay Antony reported that Saravanan and Karthik of K.R.Films and Sridhar of Skylark Studios would be releasing the movie worldwide.
