Producers Association Is against its President Thanu, who supported the Sarath team in the Nadigar Sangam elections, which was held yesterday. After a long war, the Pandavar Ani, led by Vishal and team captured the Nadigar Sangam Office officially through the elections. While both of the teams were canvassing, the celebrities extended their support to both of the teams. One such celebrity is the Star Producer cum distributor Thanu. He supported the Sarath team and openly announced that the Producers Association supports Sarath’s team, without the consent of the fellow members. This made many producers get angry on Thanu and they openly stated at that time itself. Earlier, it was Azhagappan, who was against Thanu’s decision and now, it is the turn of distributor Singaravelan to oppose Thanu. He says, “The President of the Producers Association, Thanu should resign his post, as he did not get the consent of the fellow members, before announcing the support to Sarath Kumar on behalf of the Producers Association. Thanu not only peeped into the Nadigar Sangam problem but also interfered in various issues, including in the Theatre Owners Association.” The next cold war started… Soon we could expect another ferocious election from the side of the Producers Association!
