Nayan’s Director Quit His Studies For Vijay!

“R Ajay Gnanamuthu,” the director of Imaikkaa Nodigal, featuring “Nayanthara” and “Atharvaa” in the lead roles was about to go to London to continue his studies. Ajay had worked as an assistant to “A R Murugadoss” in 7 Am Arivu. After this film, he decided to go to London to continue his studies, but after hearing the announcement from A R Murugadoss that he'll be directing “Vijay” in next movie “Thuppaki,” Ajay dropped the plan and ran to Murugadoss and joined as an assistant director again. He said that the 90 days shooting schedule of Thuppakki are the best days of his life and he had learned a lot in those 90 days. His first movie De Monte Colony with “Arulnidhi” paved the way to get a great opportunity to direct the lady superstar and in Imaikka Nodigal, Vijay Sethupathi is doing an extended cameo.
