Madurai Corporation Authorities’ levity brought a water scarcity to the city. When a leakage found in the drinking water pipes, it is the duty of the people to complain it to the respective officials and in return, the officials should repair it at once. But, this didn’t happen in Madurai Tiruparankundram. For the past three days, the drinking water has been wasted, as the pipe broke out in old Railway gate area in Tiruparankundram. Even though lots of complaints had been launched, the carelessness of the officials had led to the scarcity of drinking water. None had taken the essential action, till now.
