” in the lead role. This is Vijay’s 61st film and he and his fans are highly expecting the film. After the shooting is over, the film faced a trouble with its title. A producer who holds a title Merrasalayittan said that Mersal might confuse his film and so, the title should not be used. However, court favored Atlee and team. Following this, the film had to face the Release date issue, ticket price issue and now the graphics issue. It is said that the Animal Welfare Board didn’t provide the No Objection certificate to the film, as they didn’t submit proper evidence for the pigeon used in the film. It is stated that they didn’t give the right evidence that the pigeon is a graphical one. Now, the Animal welfare board had questioned and issued a notice to the Censor Board that how could they issue a censor certificate when the Animal Welfare Board hadn’t yet issued a No Objection certificate.
